1. Open a 16-20oz bottle of water. Take a sip to make room for the powder.

2. Pour the stick pack into the bottle.

3. Close the cap and shake for 30-45 seconds. If any powder remains, shake
for an additional 15 seconds.
(Depending on the water temperature, some powder may take longer to fully dissolve.)

4. Enjoy!
